Happy New Year To All

Happy New Year to all...

I don’t know about you guys but for me... the New Year brought a brand new opportunity to make a change in my life...

I know I kind of disappeared for a while... but I had to travel for sometime... I returned to Thessaloniki briefly!!! Seeing all my friends there, I realized something I for the first time... I REALLY REALLY miss my life as it was before... I keep on looking for excuses to go back there but it’s not always as easy as it seems... But I had a lot of fun going back there... Have to admit I did some shopping as well... but who can blame me??? I am just a girl... hehehe!

Holiday season was a blast... We had a lot of fun, back in Crete though, but FUN non-the-less... At one point, I could not say when it was daytime and when night... My friends and I were out from sunrise to almost sunrise (of the next day)... The truth is that we slept for few hours each day... few... hehehe!

BUT 2009... started with luck... and hopefully will continue in the same way...
Who knows??? This might be my lucky year...

Well... I think it is time to present myself...

THIS is me...

I am 23 years old. I studied International and European, Economical and Political Studies in the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, which is on the northern part of Greece. Did I forget to mention I am Greek??? I come from this beautiful part of the world, where a long time ago was considered one of the most powerful places on earth... but... anyhow... Back to me...

I am working as a secretary... more like a personal assistant to the General Manager of a 5-star hotel in the famous Elounda of Crete, where all the high class, de lux, rich-clients hotels are in Crete...

As for my personal life... I am a single gal dealing with everyday's issues in our modern society... The truth is I find it quite to talk about me...

I know... I know... then why are you starting a blog??? Well... I was lately asked to let out everything that is bothering me... to stop keeping everything to myself so that others can understand where I am coming from and why I'm so bothered...

This is the very first time I am attempting to keep a journal... Knowing myself this is going to be quite interesting...

The reason for this attempt??? Not quite clear... I decided to start making changes in my life... "Luck favors the bold" they say... or at least that's what they tell us in Greece...
